2018 Treasury Market Summit on 21st September 2018

IACCT (China) and members of the Events and Membership Committee participated in the 2018 Treasury Market Summit organized by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority and Treasury Markets Association in the Four Seasons Hotel in Hong Kong on the 21^st September 2018.

Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, Mr. Norman China, made the opening speech and the first keynote speech. Participants of the forum were informed about the latest situation in the operation of treasury market, including frequently discussed topics recently such as cryptocurrencies and the money properties of assets. The discussion of the forum covered three key topics: the global economy outlook, the financial cooperation in the Greater Bay Area, the impact of virtual bank and fintech on the development of traditional treasury business.

国际企业财资(中国)协会 (IACCT (China)) 活动及事务委员会成员邀请会员参与了由香港金融管理局(HKMA) 和香港财资市场公会 (TMA) 联合主办的“2018年财资市场高峰会”。该周年论坛于2018年9月21日(星期五)在香港四季酒店举行。

香港金融管理局行政总裁陈德霖先生 (Mr. Norman Chan) 作了开幕致辞及首轮演讲。论坛参与者了解了财资市场运作的最新概况，包括近期经常讨论的虚拟货币及资产是否具备“金钱”属性的问题。专题讨论部分还探讨了三个重要话题，包括全球经济形势、粤港澳大湾区的金融合作、虚拟银行与金融科技发展对传统财资业务的潜在影响。
