IACCT (China) Signature Conference 2020: “Hong Kong – A Shining and Inspiring International Financial Centre”

International Association of CFOs and Corporate Treasurers (China) (“IACCT (China)”) is a non-profit making association and is a China-focused association with members mainly the CFOs, corporate treasurers and senior finance professionals from Chinese corporates, major local companies and multi-national companies in Hong Kong and Mainland China. The mission of IACCT (China) is to encompass the positioning of Hong Kong as a global financial centre.
Background
Hong Kong has faced many challenges in the past year: social unrest, COVID 19, escalating US-China tension. Some investors have expressed concern about the role of Hong Kong as an international financial centre. Despite the risks and challenges ahead, IACCT (China) and many of our supporting partners have the firm belief that Hong Kong continues to lead in a full spectrum of financial market activities: banking, asset management, equity, debt and FX market. Hong Kong would remain a dominant gateway to China and Asia as well as an international financial centre at the same time.
IACCT (China) is going to host the full-day IACCT (China) Signature Conference 2020 (“Signature Conference”) on 27 November 2020 with the important theme “Hong Kong – A Shining and Inspiring International Financial Centre”. IACCT (China) is very pleased to have the support of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, Hong Kong Monetary Authority, Invest Hong Kong, Hong Kong Trade Development Council, Financial Services Development Council and many other strategic partners representing our concerted efforts to maintain the position of Hong Kong as the Asia’s international financial centre.
The full-day conference would promote the various key financial market platforms in Hong Kong to the CFOs, corporate treasurers and senior finance professionals from Hong Kong and Mainland China and to members of our supporting international professional treasury associations.
