Gogo is responsible for overseeing the YUEXIU Group’s financial management functions. During her 22 years with the YUEXIU Group (with total assets exceeding RMB666 billion) , she has been dealing with different businesses including corporate finance, IPOs, securities, very substantial acquisitions, real estate investment trust, corporate restructuring and acquisition of a bank in Hong Kong at a cost of HK$11.4 Billion. Prior to working for YUEXIU, Gogo worked for Arthur Andersen & Co in Hong Kong and Sydney. She graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and is a qualified fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), the Chartered Global Management Accountants (CGMA), the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants, the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) and the Hong Kong Securities Institute (HKSI).
She is the Chairlady of the CIMA Hong Kong Branch in the year 2016 and Vice Chairlady in the year 2015. She is currently a Member of the CIMA North Asia Regional Advisory Panel. She is the President of the International Association of CFOs and Corporate Treasurers (China) ( IACCT (China) ); She is serving as a member of the Asian Financial Forum (AFF) Steering Committee. She is the Guest Professor of the Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics School of Accountancy. She is the Vice-director of the Council For the Promotion of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Cooperation - Finance & Accounting Professional Committee. Mr Christopher Hui Ching-yu was appointed the Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury on 22 April 2020. He serves on the boards of Mass Transit Railway Corporation Limited, Hong Kong Airport Authority and also as the Chairman of the Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation. Prior to his appointment, Mr Hui was the Executive Director of the Hong Kong Financial Services Development Council. He spent 13 years at the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, having been the Managing Director for Market Development and Head of Project Management and also in various senior roles in Listing and Market Development. He also worked for a number of multi-national companies in the private sector. He started his career as an Administrative Officer in the Government in 1999 and served in the Economic Development Branch, the Office of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in Beijing and the Home Affairs Department. Mr Hui previously held a number of public roles including Councillor of the City University of Hong Kong, Member of the Mandatory Provident Fund Authority Process Review Panel, Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Review Committee and also Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants Disciplinary Panel. Mr Hui holds Bachelor and Master (Hon) Degrees in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford, and Master of Business Administration Degree from INSEAD. He also attended the Stanford Executive Programme (SEP).

Mr Stephen Phillips is the Director-General of Investment Promotion at Invest Hong Kong (InvestHK), the Government Department responsible for attracting and facilitating foreign direct investment into Hong Kong. Mr Phillips has served in senior positions in a number of private and public organisations. He lived and worked in Hong Kong from 1989 to 2004 holding senior investment banking positions with Deutsche and BZW/Barclays Capital before co-founding a Hong Kong-based group of companies providing IT, financial and consultancy services across Asia. In 2004, Mr Phillips joined UK Trade & Investment (now the UK’s Department of International Trade) before becoming the Chief Executive of the China Britain Business Council in 2006, as well as Chairman of the EU China Business Association. Mr Phillips holds a BSc in Chemistry and Law from the University of Exeter.

Mr Julien Martin joined HKEX in late August 2015 and serves as the Managing Director and Head of Fixed Income and Currency (FIC) Development of HKEX, and the General Manager of Bond Connect Company Limited, a joint venture established by China Foreign Exchange Trade System (CFETS) and HKEX.
Mr Martin is one of the architects that led to the launch of Bond Connect in July 2017, delivering policy breakthroughs and market efficiencies in pre-trade admission, trading and settlement for the China interbank bond market. In addition, He is leading key initiatives in the fixed income and currency business for both cash and derivatives space, steering a number of major initiatives across the organisation on the development of mutual market access, platform and product solutions. Prior to joining HKEX, Mr Martin was Head of RMB Competence Centre, Managing Director and Deputy Head of Fixed Income China at BNP Paribas, and played a key role in establishing its presence in Mainland China and pioneering the development of RMB derivatives and flow products in its global platform amid the RMB internationalisation. He has over 18 years of banking and finance experience, with over 12 years spent between Shanghai and Hong Kong. Mr Martin is an Asian financial market, fixed income and foreign exchange expert. He is fluent in English, French and Mandarin.
Mr Martin holds a master of business administration (MBA) degree from ESSEC Business School, Paris.

Mr.Quek is currently the Managing Director of Haitong International’s Debt Capital Markets team in Hong Kong. Mr.Quek has over 20 years of working experience in the financial sector. Prior to joining Haitong International, Mr.Quek worked in several international financial institutions including Standard Chartered Bank, Deutsche Bank and Barclays.
Mr.Quek holds a Bachelor degree from the University of Canberra.

Javier has 18+ years of structuring, marketing and execution experience in global credit markets, across investment grade, high yield and private placement bonds, hybrid securities, and leveraged and syndicated loans. He currently serves as a Managing Director in Credit Agricole CIB’s Debt Origination and Advisory team in Hong Kong. Javier has spearheaded debt capital markets coverage since joining CACIB‘s New York DCM team in 2009 and continuing on after moving to Hong Kong in 2018. Since his move, Javier has led the CACIB deal teams that executed numerous transactions on behalf of Hong Kong’s bellwether issuers such as CK Hutchison, CLP Power, MTRC, AIA, Hysan, Bank of East Asia and not the least of which, the HKSAR for its inaugural green bond transaction in May 2019.
Javier began his career at JPMorgan in New York in leveraged finance before moving to the buy-side to work for a Collateralized Loan Obligation. He holds a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies/ English Literature and a MBA from Northwestern University.
Joining in 2014, Dr. Jimmy JIM, CFA, is currently Head of Global Markets Department of ICBC (Asia). His professional teams manage investment portfolio for the Bank and provide clients with diversified financial market services including foreign exchange, interest rates derivatives, commodity and bonds. Jimmy has extensive experience in banking and financial industry and was appointed senior positions with many leading international banks. He has worked across Hong Kong, Tokyo and Australia with broad experience in trading and sales of precious metals, financial and debt capital market products, ALM and portfolio management.
Dr. Jimmy JIM is a CFA Charter holder and a CPA (Aust). He holds a Doctor Degree of Business Administration from Hong Kong Polytechnic University, a Master Degree of Applied Finance from Macquarie University and a Bachelor Degree of Business Administration from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He was the President of CFA Society Hong Kong from 2010 to 2013 and is a member of Advisory Board in the current term. He is also a Member of the Executive Board and Fellow Member of Treasury Markets Association Hong Kong (TMA).

Mr. Ho is currently Managing Director of Haitong International Securities Company Limited . Mr. Ho is responsible for all equity capital markets transactions at Haitong International and have assisted his client to raise a total of capital exceeded USD20bln through IPOs, placing, convertible bonds and rights issues across China, Hong Kong, Singapore, India, UK and US etc, including the rights issue of Standard Chartered Bank, IPO of Haitong Securities, PICC, China Galaxy Securities, Sinopec Engineering, Huishang Bank, China Everbright Bank, Harbin Bank, Wanda Commercial, Postal Saving Bank of China, HDFC Life Shandong International Trust, Bohai Bank and JD.com etc.
Mr. Ho possesses diverse working experience across ECM, M&A and asset management. He previously held positions in investment banks in Asia as well as UK and US financial institutions.
Mr. Ho holds a Master’s degree of Commerce from the University of New South Wales, Australia and a Bachelor’s degree of Computer Science from the University of Sydney, Australia.

Ruichen Chen is the Managing Director of the Strategy & Corporate Development Department and the Head of Investor Relations (IR) at Ming Yuan Cloud. He is responsible for the Group's Mergers & Acquisitions, IR, strategic research and business cooperation, and has completed a series of investments.
Prior to joining Ming Yuan Cloud, Mr. Chen was a Director at China Renaissance, where he was responsible for serving technology startups in the real estate industry and completed dozens of private financing transactions. In addition, he worked in the Strategy & Corporate Development Department of Fosun Group, where he participated in the strategic acquisition of a multinational local real estate investment team, coordinated the incubation and integration of new and old businesses, and studied the changes of major global markets. He is able to offer distinctive insights into team integration and organizational construction.
Mr. Chen has long been focused on the upstream and downstream investment opportunities of the real estate ecological chain. He is passionate about integrating new technologies and models in the real estate industry and seeks to become a long-term partner to real estate ecological entrepreneurs.
Mr. Chen holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering and Management and a Bachelor of Science in Energy Resources from the University of Michigan, and a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Dartmouth College.

Mr Wong was appointed as the Head of Financial Services at Invest Hong Kong (InvestHK) in March 2019. InvestHK is the government department responsible for investment promotion, i.e. helping overseas and Mainland companies to establish or expand their business presence in Hong Kong.
Before joining InvestHK, Mr Wong held various senior positions in a number of different departments in an international bank for more than 20 years. Before that, he worked in the assurance and advisory department of a big four international accounting firm.
Mr Wong has obtained a LLB (Hons) degree and a MBA degree from the United Kingdom. He is also a Chartered Accountant (CA, Aust & NZ), Fellow Certified Public Accountant (FCPA, Hong Kong) and Fellow Chartered Secretary (FCIS, UK; FCS, Hong Kong). Mr. Wong is also a member of HKTDC Financial Services Advisory Committee and Steering Committee of Asian Financial Forum.

萧文博士在财富管理领域经验丰富，早年在渣打银行私人银行、瑞士信贷私人银行、瑞士宝盛私人银行服务十余年，负责中国内地、中国台湾、以及北亚地区的各项业务组建与管理。之后，萧文博士在某知名家族办公室任管理合伙人，为亚洲和欧洲的超高净值客户提供家族财富与家族事业的规划与服务。
Keith is an independent Non-Executive Director of Cititrust Hong Kong and a member of the Investment Committee on the Hong Kong Hospital Authority Provident Fund Scheme. He was formerly Regional VP of Principal Financial Group HK in charge of pension and mutual fund business development in Greater China. Before that Keith was Deputy Group Treasurer at the Hong Kong Jockey Club (HKJC), one of the largest institutional investors in the region.
Prior to asset management, Keith was the Head of Treasury & Investments at Hongkong Land (HKL), a member of the Jardine Matheson group (JMG). Before HKL, Keith was the Deputy Group Treasurer at the Hong Kong MTR Corporation and Secretary to the MTR pension board. Keith began his career in banking with HSBC investment bank in Hong Kong and the Bank of Nova Scotia in Toronto, Canada.
Keith has extensive management experiences in pension, mutual funds and corporate treasury, and is a holder of HK SFC Type 9, 4 and 1 licenses. He received his university education at Colby College, USA on full scholarship.
Dr Patrick Lau is Deputy Executive Director of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC). In this role, Dr Lau helps create opportunities and facilitates deals for Hong Kong businesses. His portfolio includes the HKTDC’s work on the Belt and Road Initiative, product and service promotion, external relations, corporate communications and marketing, as well as the organisation’s network of 50 offices worldwide.
Dr Lau has diverse experience in executive management, business development, commercial law, funds and investment banking, covering a range of sectors including property, telecom infrastructure, technology and life sciences, among others.
From 2001 to 2014, Dr Lau was based in Hong Kong where he first worked at international law firms Baker McKenzie and Skadden Arps, and later entered investment banking at UBS AG and China Construction Bank (CCB) International where his last post held was as Managing Director, Head of Mergers & Acquisitions and Assistant Head of Investment Bank.
Prior to joining the HKTDC in 2019, Dr Lau was the CEO of a digital infrastructure company, Director of Investments at the Malaysian Government's sovereign wealth fund Khazanah Nasional, and Board Director and Investment Committee Member of venture and private equity fund Xeraya Capital. He has deep knowledge of Hong Kong, Mainland China and ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) markets and has also worked with many clients and parties from Europe, the Americas and Middle East.
Dr Lau graduated with Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery and Bachelor of Laws degrees with first-class honours from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia, where he attended medical school and law school concurrently. He has been admitted as an advocate or solicitor in Hong Kong, Australia, England, Wales and Malaysia. He was Honorary Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Business and Economics of Monash University and part-time Lecturer at the Law Faculty of the University of Hong Kong.

Darryl Chan has been Executive Director (External) since August 2019 with responsibilities for promoting Hong Kong's international financial centre development, offshore RMB business, and policies at international forums to advance financial stability. He is also Deputy Director of the Infrastructure Financing Facilitation Office. Prior to joining the HKMA in April 2013 as Executive Director (Corporate Services), Mr Chan was an Administrative Officer in the Hong Kong SAR Government and had worked in different policy bureaux and departments on policy formulation and administration.

Ms. Yip joined the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) in 2006 and has served as a Senior Manager in the Market Development Division since June 2012. Ms Yip was responsible for promoting and enhancing Hong Kong's competitiveness as an international asset management center (with a special focus on Mainland-related financial institutions) between 2012 and 2016. Since September 2016, Ms Yip has taken up the role of promoting Hong Kong as a corporate treasury centre.

Grace Hui is the Head of Green and Sustainable Finance at Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) with responsibility for the development of HKEX’s green and sustainable finance programme. From 2013 to April 2020, Ms. Hui was the Chief Operating Officer of HKEX’s Listing Division responsible for structured products & fixed income, primary market information, listing policies, listing enforcement and accounting affairs. Prior to joining HKEX, Ms. Hui was with UBS in various roles including Chief of Staff and Global Chief Operating Officer of UBS Legal & Compliance Department. Ms. Hui is an Honorary Adviser and a member of the Inspection Committee of the Financial Reporting Council; a member of both the Regulatory Oversight Board and the Sustainability Committee of The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants; and co-chairs the Market Development Work Stream of the Green and Sustainable Finance Cross-Agencies Steering Group established by Hong Kong Monetary Authority and Securities and Futures Commission.
Johnnie Yung is a Managing Director at Haitong International Asset Management where he is responsible for managing the portfolio of ETFs and other quantitative related products of the company.

Dr Au also served as CEO of Eastspring Investments (Hong Kong) Limited and CEO of BOCHK Asset Management Limited. He also held various senior management positions at other financial institutions including Baring, GMO and HSBC Global Asset Management.
Dr Au was named CEO of the Year in Hong Kong by Asia Asset Management in 2012 and 2014. He was awarded the Medal of Honor by the HKSAR Government in 2008 for his valuable contributions to the securities and asset management industry. He was also the Chairman of the Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute (HKSI) from 2006 to 2008 and the Chairman of the Hong Kong Investment Funds Association in 2004/2005.

Dr Tung is the Head of Policy Research for the Financial Services Development Council (FSDC). He leads the team responsible for conducting policy research and industry surveys for the formulation of proposals to the Hong Kong Special Administrative RegionGovernment and financial regulators.
Prior to joining the FSDC, Dr Tung was the Director of Capital Markets Policy for CFA Institute, covering research areas related to capital market structures (e.g. corporate governance, regulatory environment) in the Asia Pacific region. Before that, he was the Senior Economist for the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce, where he oversaw its macroeconomic research, as well as labour- and international trade- related policy research functions. He also served as an economist and a research analyst for banks, a trade credit insurer and a Hong Kong-based think-tank.
Dr Tung holds a doctoral degree in organisational leadership from the Northeastern University in Boston. He received a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree, both in Economics, from the University of Hong Kong and the University of Wisconsin – Madison, respectively.

Carey Cheung is the Head of Hong Kong and the Philippines at J.P. Morgan Private Bank Asia. Based in Hong Kong, he and his teams focus on delivering investment, wealth planning, credit and philanthropic services to ultra-high-net-worth clients in Hong Kong and the Philippines.
Mr. Cheung serves on the Operating Committee of the Private Bank, as well as the JPM Asia Philanthropy Committee supporting communities where the firm has presence. Carey is also Executive Committee member of Private Wealth Management Association.

Mr. Anthony Cheung has over 15 years of experience as investor in Asia and emerging markets equities, ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) and SRI (Sustainable, Responsible and Impact Investing).

She is responsible for expanding business partners relations and developing new partnership with asset managers, family offices, banks and other B2B channels in Hong Kong, China, Singapore (SEA), Taiwan and Switzerland. She is also a Relationship Manager handling high-net-worth-clients’ wealth management needs. Tina graduated from University of California, San Diego.
Prior to that Caroline held the position of Chief Financial Officer at The British Council, the UK’s largest charity, and before that at Save the Children International. She has 25 years’ experience in senior finance, commercial and strategic posts at a number of commercial organisations including Novartis Pharmaceuticals (Switzerland), Cadbury Schweppes, Granada plc and Unilever/ Bestfoods (Thailand, Netherlands and UK). Carlo joined Calastone in 2019 as managing director, business development in Asia. He is focused on co-creating new solutions with existing and new client segments in Asia. Mr Wisesa joined DWS as the Head of Institutional Liquidity Management Asia Pacific in April 2018. The Global Institutional Liquidity Management currently manages around US$75billions of short term investment solutions for multinational corporations, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, pension funds, asset managers, and financial intermediaries. His product focus is offshore AAA-rated money market funds, separately managed accounts and the broader US and European range of short dated institutional mutual funds.
Before that Mr Wisesa is a Director of Global Securities Services (GSS) and responsible for Asia Pacific Coverage. His focus was to cover the priority financial institution clients where GSS can provide solutions and cross-sell with the wider franchise. He moved to Hong Kong in October 2015 from Deutsche Bank, Jakarta Branch where he was a Director and Head of Client Management for GSS for nearly three years.
