Dear Members and Guests of IACCT (China)

IACCT (China) is one of the full members of The International Group of Treasury Associations (“IGTA”) which is a not-for-profit organisation bringing together as its members national treasury and finance professional associations (“NTAs”) around the world. IGTA gathers 31 members in the five continents. The website of IGTA is https://www.igta.org/

Founded in 1996, IGTA is a forum for NTAs to share views and information on issues that impact the treasury and finance professions, as well as association management. Furthermore, its purpose is to agree on priorities and to coordinate resources on projects that advance the profession.

Member associations of IGTA have from time to time offered invitations of events (like annual conference, workshops, seminars, webinars etc) free of charge to the members of other NTAs. This has offered learning opportunities for many of IACCT (China)’s members, whose Chinese employers are actively pursuing the “Go Global” policy in recent years. IACCT (China) is aware of the immediate needs of our members. Building on our good relationship with the IGTA and the other NTAs, IACCT (China) would explore bringing more learning opportunities for our members to keep updating of the regulatory changes and latest developments of the financial technologies in major overseas’ markets.

IACCT (China) would like to bring to our members the following three webinars from our friendly NTAs in Q4 2025:

1. Invitation to Members of IGTA Member Associations to attend

ACT Webinar: “2026 Liquidity Outlook,

                           Central Banks,

                           Currencies and Cash Decisions“

Tuesday, November 18, 2025, 12.30 to 13.30 GMT (20:30 – 21:30 HKT)

Message from The Association of Corporate Treasurers (“ACT”)

ACT is the only professional treasury body with a Royal Charter in the UK

As 2026 draws closer, treasurers are carefully weighing the outlook for interest rates, currencies and short-term yields.

This webinar will bring together expert speakers for a candid discussion on how central bank moves across USD, GBP and EUR could influence liquidity conditions and what that means for cash portfolios in the year ahead.
The discussion will reflect on what has changed in 2025 and why 2026 could prove another pivotal year for cash investors. It will also consider the broader economic picture and how market expectations are evolving. Finally, the focus will turn to monetary policy, with a closer look at the potential paths the Federal Reserve, Bank of England and European Central Bank might take, and the implications for treasurers navigating these shifts.

2. IGTA, Invitation to Members of IGTA Member Associations to attend

ACT Webinar  “ CFO & Treasury,

                           Aligning for Strategic Impact  “

Tuesday, November 25, 2025, 12.30 to 13.15  Greenwich Mean Time (20:30 – 21:30 HKT)

Message from The Association of Corporate Treasurers (“ACT”).

ACT is the only professional treasury body with a Royal Charter in the UK

How can treasurers and CFOs drive strategic impact?

The finance function is evolving at an unprecedented rate, and the relationship between CFOs and treasurers is changing with it. Treasury is no longer viewed as a back-office safeguard but as a contributor to strategy, resilience, and growth. Meanwhile, CFOs are navigating agendas shaped by investor demands, technology, risk, and talent.

Drawing on insights from Zanders’ 2025 CFO Survey, the expert speakers will unpack:

Where CFOs and treasurers align, and where there is a disconnect

How CFO priorities are redefining treasury’s role

The strategic and operational shifts shaping treasury teams

How treasury can step beyond liquidity and risk management to influence growth, transformation and resilience.
